The Terms and Conditions of Liteworks do not affect your statutory rights.
Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our web site, choose the products that you wish to buy, click order now, where you can pay online with credit card.
If you pay with credit card, we will ask you for the credit card holder's address and you will be given the opportunity to state your delivery address if it is different to the card holder's address. You then continue to a secure page, where we will ask you for your credit card details. These details will only be known to the merchant bank handling the payment. After completing this section, you will be sent a confirmation of order.
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, JCB, American Express).
You may send your credit card information also via phone or fax.
Shipping And Packaging
The majority of our orders are sent out via next business day courier. Smaller weight orders are sent with standard Royal Mail. You should allow 1-5 business days for your goods to arrive. Should they have not arrived in this time please contact our customer service team on 0800 025 8001 for assistance.

Our prices include UK VAT of 17.5%

Cancellation of order
You can cancel your order from the moment you order up to 7 days following the day you receive your goods. We will refund the sales price and the initial postage and packing charges within 30 days of receiving the goods back from you. You will need to return the goods at your cost to us within two weeks following the cancellation. Should the goods not be returned within these two weeks, we will collect the goods and deduct the direct costs of this return from your refund. Any returns within the UK must be directed to:-
